like the throbbing ocean
this connection of me-you
kindling passions -
magnetic desire

molecules scour the universe
hungry, trembling orbs
like sparkling embers -
waiting fireflies
against an indigo sky

love - light - infinity
converge
on the sharpest point
of rapture -- a fusion
of exquisite proportions
